Valeriemay and Matthew || Historic Mission Santa Clara.

We may forget about the Super Bowl between 49ers and Chief. We may forget how crazy it was about the cirque in the night performance. However, we knew it for sure we never forgot our lovely couple , Valeriemay and Matthew
Getting ready in the iconic landmark Fairmont hotel in San Jose, which is known around the world for their unique architecture, impressive decor, magnificent features.

This luxurious hotel boasts every attention to detail of any couple’s dreams. Soon after the preparation, waiting outside of the hotel entrance, an iconic touch of elegance luxury Rolls-Royce limousines . The couple arrived to Santa Clara church university in the greatest welcome from family and friend.

Their wedding day was truly breathtaking. The church itself was also known as the Historic Mission Santa Clara. Their combined devotion to the Christian faith and love for God makes them a match made in heaven! For this beautiful bride and groom, Vintage Church was a perfect oasis of charm in the heart of San Jose.

The couple chose the magnificent Palm Event center as their venue for the reception. I cannot say how many times I fall in love with this venue. The iconic palm trees extending the entrance highlight the couple even more in the sun of February. Though people usually look serious or elegance in the wedding, this wedding is a perfect combination of both. Guests and family both celebrated the Super Bowl and the wedding in the same time, making the wedding even more memorable.

The reception was filled with lots of activities and performance from the cirque. However, it was also fulfilled with silent moment and drowning in the emotion through stories in the speeches and the dance. Today, we honor the love of Valeriemay and Matthew. Through your wedding, you gave us a new vision of love and stories of your journey. We would like to thank you again for choosing us to be your wedding photographer. Your happiness is our passion.

Horseshoe Bend, AZ | David and Van Postwedding.

David and Van got married back in January 2019 after their one year anniversary they decided to remake a bridal shoot at somewhere on their traveling bucket list. Then They picked Horseshoe Bend as their most favorite place to visit. Traveling from Texas to Arizona they were so excited to explore the place.
Thanks God the weather was so perfect, it was sunny and not too windy. We hiked up to the top and waited for sunset. To be honest I can’t think of a more perfect day than this one when we made our way to the top of the canyon capturing sunset and the view seriously took my breath away.
They danced, laughed and had fun next to the sunset. I’m thankful for having a chance capturing these moments at the unbelievably beautiful backdrop.

Sterling Hotel Wedding Story | Vincent and Angelie

Is it some mythical idea of the perfect person we like to say we have in elementary or high school? Is it some prize we’ve won? Is it the best thing someone could ever have? The answer to all of these questions is actually yes. But there’s a lot more to this story.

The wedding of Vincent and Angelie has proved a new definition of friendship with the most wonderful thing in world: love !

We frequently ask what’s like to marry your bff , it must be nice. I cannot agree no more. After all of adventures, escapades, and shenanigans — they endured. No matter how many miles came between them, their hearts were always connected. We came to this beautiful Sterling hotel in the heart of midtown-Sacramento for their preparation in the morning.

When I got to talk with Vincent and Angelie, I knew immediately there was a huge passion that they spent for each other. And yes, wedding is not always about laugh and funs but also a silent moment in happiness when Vincent first read the letter from Angelie. It soon burst into tears when he saw her walking down the aisle.

By the time of newlywed photo, they were super easy to work with. I also never see any bride that is so natural and comfortable as Angelie when she was by her husband. More than we know, all her gesture and smiles and happiness are the most beautiful thing than when she is with Vincent.

Beyond grateful to everyone who’s made this happen. I and my team deeply appreciate your love spent for each other and your trust in our profession. Again, thank you for asking us to be the photographer to witness your biggest event of you two. Your happiness is our passion .

ThyLinh and Vu | La Pavillion, Lafayette, Louisiana.

We arrived in New Orleans, LA, 2 days before the wedding of Thy and Vu. There was a tropical storm moving through Texas and just hit Louisiana so it was kind of cloudy. But that didn’t stop us from driving 2 and a half hours to the wedding venue to scout the location in advance. It was our first time to the Bayou State so we wanted to make sure everything would run smooth and being most prepared for the wedding. The checklist was scouting the church, looking for an outdoor location for bridal session, scouting the venue… and being aware of the distances between all of them. As we were checking off our lists, rain arrived. It poured down like Louisiana needed more water with all its swamps. We made it to the venue finally and to our surprise, we saw Thy and Vu. They were decorating the venue. Table by table, thank you card by thank you card. They carefully placed them down and made sure everything was at its right place. We noticed a little stressed on their faces but they definitely sounded happy!

The day of the wedding was finally here. We were ready to go at 5:30am from New Orleans to get to Lafayette at 7:30am. The girls’ airbnb, where they were getting ready, located in a quiet side of town. But as soon as we stepped in, we realized it was not so quiet.

They talked. They laughed. They made fun while telling one another how beautiful each one of them looked. When we talked more to Thy and her bridesmaids, we could tell Thy was a very caring person. She checked on her bridesmaids periodically while having her hair and make up done. She also checked on us to see if we were tired from our flights. Vu’s place was on the other side of town. He was surrounded by his groomsmen. Their morning was somewhat stressful but regardless, the boys kept being boys. Tea ceremony on the wedding day is one of Vietnamese’s traditions.

Thy and Vu had their tea ceremony that morning in the witness of their close friends and families. We knew that their parents loved them so much, both sides of parents teared up during the ceremony. Thy and Vu couldn’t hold their tears, either. They hugged each other tight. So tight that even us got emotional! After the church ceremony, we all headed to the wedding venue.

It started raining dogs and cats. We knew that Thy and Vu may have been stressed, and tired. But they never complained. They never once told us a negative thing. Instead, they was always smiling when we asked them to pose. I guess the stress never bothered them when they got to married their best friends. After the dinner, they had their special dances.

Thy and Vu’s dances with their parents showed so much love and respect. We believe that they will raise their family well given the relationships they had with their families. The whole ballroom with 200 guests got all choked up. Everything was as beautiful as it could be. Thy and Vu’s wedding is definitely one of our favorites. Not only because the emotions and raw moments that we captured, but also because of the wonderful personalities of them two. They have shown us, once again, a true love story when caring for one another throughout the entire wedding. And that’s why we love what we do. SO MUCH.

DWIGHT AND EMILY || NAPA GOLF CLUB WEDDDING.

With a ceremony celebrated out in the most beautiful lightning and a cozy reception of Napa Golf Club, we totally fell for Emily and Dwight’s wedding day. In the morning, we started off at the mighty Citizen hotel with the Emily and the bridesmaid. The morning shoot is nothing but passion and good laugh from the crew. After that, Dwight and his crew shortly showed up and get ready for one the most magical moment of his life, the first look.

After the ceremony, we were amazed the way the couple fit to each other in their newlywed photos. The way Dwight and Emily looked at each other expressed an indescribable feeling. The magical sunset in Napa also added to the beauty of the couple. At night, the wedding was a blast with fun game from the couple and all the guests. The couple also had shared a lot about how they got to know and developed their love throughout the times. The story of Dwight about the dream of Emily is one of the most memorable stories that we ever heard. How is it like to see a wedding that you wonder if the times ever run throughout the flow of nature.

This is exactly what I felt like: a classical, elegant and a fairytale story was written by the stunning couple Emily and Dwight. We would like to send out our heartfelt congratulation to both of you and thank you for choosing us to be your wedding photographer. Your happiness is our passion.
